Cheyenne Representative Landon Brown makes an emotional plea to send even more money to Laramie County Schools and cites the MCER study as a legitimate reason to increase spending and demolish existing schools. The same MCER study he failed to defend during the budget session where Albert Sommers and Ogden Driskill triple spent on education funding just so Sweetwater and Teton Counties could get new high schools in direct conflict with the MCER order of priorities list!

Yet there is still a state-by-state nationwide effort to give electoral votes to the "winner" of the national popular vote. This is not likely the las time we will see attempts to change the election laws of the many individual states in order to fit a socialist "popular vote" agenda...
