- SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED-ISH! More conversations about carrying of firearms in public places and a breakdown of the arguments for carrying in the capitol, carrying in schools, and Jailbird Joey makes an argument for carrying in courts based on liberty and the illusion of safety.

-NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE EFFORT! In a spirited and sometimes heated debate, David Iverson and Jailbird Joey clash on the fact that many states have already amended their Constitutions and state election codes to give their Constitutionally prescribed electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote. Only a few more states are needed before the collective has control of the 270 electoral votes required to advance the national popular vote getter into the presidency, regardless of the vote turnout in the remainder of the non-participating states.
